Ventrolla automatically offers a Five Year Guarantee to cover our system and all repairs carried out.

How long is your order book?

Order books vary from one office to another and can depend on the time of year. Your local Surveyor will be able to advise you of the expected lead time.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Typically we require a 25% deposit when you place your order with us. This covers any new joinery and timber/hardware we have to order in advance on your behalf and enables us to allocate installation teams.

What happens once I have submitted my enquiry/What happens next?

One of our Surveyors will respond to your enquiry within three working days to arrange a convenient date and time to carry out your survey. You will then receive your quotation within seven working days after your survey has been carried out.
